Administration & Special Projects is responsible for office services, agenda services and other special projects referred to the County Executive Office. This division ensures the coordination of building maintenance and capital projects, security and employee safety, agenda management and policy coordination. In addition to working internally with County departments, the Board of Supervisors and senior management, members of this division represent the County Executive Office with members of the public and Orange County community groups and activities.
