Outreach Engagement

The Orange County Outreach & Engagement (OC O&E) program provides compassionate, client-centered support to individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness throughout Orange County. Our multi-disciplinary team works to build trusting relationships with those we serve, helping them overcome barriers and connect to the housing, health, and supportive resources they need. Our teams also conduct community canvassing and coordinated outreach efforts to ensure that resources reach the most underserved populations in our community.
