Project Summary
Opened in 1985, the Orangewood Children and Family Center provides 24-hour emergency shelter for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. To ensure the facility can continue serving children for years to come, it requires essential renovations, including health and safety repairs, ADA compliance improvements, and upgrades to aging structural and mechanical components. The proposed project will address deferred maintenance, enhance safety and accessibility, and extend the facility’s use.
